PREP FOR PLAY

Whether you come to play in the Vegas Tournament or the Fall Adult Baseball Camp, preparation is key and  can't start too early.  The key word is "STRETCH"!  Get those muscles loosened up and working.  Walk a little, maybe a few sprints here and there but by all means stretch. It's great preparation for camp and excellent for your general health. Click the Guide link below and connect to an easy stretching guide.
